How long does installation take?
Most vehicle installations are completed within a few hours by our technicians, at your premises or at one of our bases in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Malaba.
Will the tracker drain my car battery?
No. The tracker draws very little power, and our advanced units carry their own backup battery, so tracking continues even if the main power is cut.
What happens when there is no network signal?
The device keeps recording its position and uploads the stored data as soon as it reconnects to the GSM network, so your route history has no gaps.
Can someone remove or disable the tracker?
If the tracker is disconnected you get an instant disconnection alert. Our asset trackers also have a removal sensor and motion detection.
Who can see my vehicle data?
Only the people you give access to on your account. Your data is kept private and secure, handled in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.
Can I track my vehicles on my phone?
Yes. Every package includes our web and mobile apps for Android and iOS, with alerts by app notification and email.
Is there a contract?
You pay a one-off device fee and a monthly platform fee (yearly for asset trackers). Larger fleets can talk to us about tailored terms.
Do you cover areas outside Kenya?
Yes. We offer coverage across East and Central Africa, and our asset trackers use a global IoT SIM that works in and out of the region.
Can I switch from my current tracking provider?
Yes. Our technicians will assess your current setup and replace or reconfigure the hardware so you can move to our platform.
Do you offer white-label solutions or an API?
Yes. We provide white-labelling, custom report templates and API integration for businesses that want tracking inside their own systems.
