Who we are

This website is run by OnePay Tracking Systems, a member of the OnePay Group (“we”, “us”). Head office: Adlife Plaza, 2nd Floor, Ring Road Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya. Branch office: Nation Centre, 7th Floor, Suite 2, Nairobi. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect on this website

  • Quote requests. When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number and, if you give them, your company, email, the solution you are interested in, the number of vehicles or assets and your message.
  • WhatsApp and phone. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive what you send us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
  • Your location — only if you ask. “Use my location” in the installer finder works entirely inside your browser. Your location is never sent to us or stored.
  • Theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange installation, and to keep a record of our conversation. We rely on your consent when you contact us and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run this website and our email (our hosting provider), and with staff who need it to help you. If you become a customer, vehicle and tracking data is handled under your service agreement with us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the service runs and as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).

Security

This website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and enquiries are sent directly to our own mailbox.
